Service Description
This treatment uses Allergan Botox®, a trusted and widely used prescription-only product for reducing the appearance of fine lines and dynamic wrinkles caused by facial movement. Treatment is for one area only (e.g. forehead, frown lines, or crow’s feet). If you wish to treat additional areas, these can be added at the time of your appointment for £75 per additional area. A consultation with the Nurse Prescriber is required before any treatment can be carried out. Treatment and the prescribing consultation cannot take place on the same day. This is to ensure there is sufficient time for assessment, informed consent, and prescribing in line with current regulations. Once your consultation has been completed and you have been prescribed treatment, a separate appointment can be arranged for your anti-wrinkle injections. Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment. You may choose to cancel at any time, including on the day of treatment and after signing a consent form, without providing reason. In all cases, the booking fee remains
