Minimum treatment age for aesthetic treatments is 18. Identification will be required if you are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25.



We work by appointment only.

Appointments are only confirmed once a booking fee has been completed. 

Booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances unless medically unsuitable for the treatment.

Treatment Reviews

Treatments that require a review are done so complimentary within the time frames stated.

Failure to attend of if you are unable to attend within the time frame stated then additional costs will be charged.

In the instance of toxins, the window of opportunity is slim, 14-20 days. If you cannot attend in this time frame you will be required to pay for a consultation fee to review, though no additional product will be administered until a minimum of 12 weeks post initial treatment, which will  be charged at full price. 

Fillers may be reviewed within 4 weeks of initial treatment. After this time a consultation fee will be charged. Fillers are charged per ml and additional treatment will be charged at full price per ml. 

You are responsible to book your review within the time frame stated. We are not responsible to chase you to attend or book your review. You will receive a reminder from our booking system if you have provided the correct details.


7 days notice is required to move or cancel your appointment. Failure to notify us 7 days and prior will result in loss of booking fee and you will be required to reschedule with an new booking fee.

If you are more than 10 minutes late attending your appointment, we will refuse treatment, your booking fee is forfeited and you will be required to reschedule with a new booking of 50% of the treatment cost will be required. 

Children are not permitted in the clinic under any circumstances. 

If you arrive with children you will be refused treatment and will forfeit your booking fee and you will be required to reschedule with a new booking fee.

We are not responsible for your belongings whilst in the premises. it is your responsibility to look after your belongings and not leave them unattended at any time. We advise against brining any personal items of value to your appointment.

With our medical knowledge, experience and aesthetic knowledge, if we feel a treatment is not suitable we will offer advice for more suitable treatments or refuse treatment.

We are legally bound by our medical registration to do no harm and to act in your best interests in regards to safety and wellbeing.

We have no obligation to treat you following consultation.

Skin subscriptions are debited from your account on the chosen date and a minimum if 3 payments are required if you chose to cancel*

If you chose direct debits for your treatments, the full amount must be paid prior to treatment being carried out.

Your direct debit can be bespoke, especially for you: you chose the amount and date of direct debit**.

If an issue arises post treatment you are to contact the clinic/clinician immediately.

If you do have a negative experience, you are to contact the clinic directly within 24 hours.

Failure to do so will result in no further action being taken.

Any slanderous posts on social media or any other media outlets will trigger legal action against yourself and/or others involved.


*Skin subscriptions once cancelled, outstanding balances are only refundable with a gift voucher. Not cash.

**Direct debits towards treatments are only refunded with a voucher for the amount paid minus 10%

Refunds or partial refunds are not given in any circumstance.

Correctional treatments will be free of charge if medically necessary and as been carried out at Belle Aesthetic Clinic ltd. If correctional treatments are required from other practitioners work, payment is required in full.

If you chose not to undertake the initial correctional treatment offered, you cannot redeem this at a later date after 4 weeks post treatment. You will be required to pay the full amount for correctional treatments.


We endeavor to treat all patients fairly, however if you encounter an issue with any matter relating to your treatment you are entitled to lodge a complaint in writing within 21 days to Your complaint will be acknowledge within 5 working days and we will do our best to resolve your complaint within 28 working days.
