• Personalised Consultation: Your ear piercing appointment includes a full consultation to discuss placement, jewellery selection and suitability based on your individual anatomy and skin type.

• Hygiene and Safety: Your piercing is carried out using sterile, single-use equipment in a clean and controlled environment, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Medical-grade jewellery is used to support healing and minimise the risk of irritation.

• Aftercare Guidance: You will receive detailed aftercare instructions, including how to clean and care for your piercing, what to expect during healing, and how to minimise the risk of infection or complications.

• Follow-Up Appointments: Follow-up checks are available by appointment booked online and are charged separately. Any additional checks or assessments will incur an additional fee.

• Ongoing Support and Advice: Your health and the proper healing of your piercing are important to us. However, we are unable to provide individual piercing assessments or specific advice over the phone, by email or via text message. To ensure you receive accurate and appropriate guidance, an in-person appointment must be booked so your piercing can be properly assessed. This allows us to provide advice based on its actual condition rather than making assumptions without seeing it.

Consent & Placement

 

Before your piercing is performed, you will be asked to confirm that you are happy with the proposed placement and provide signed consent.

Once you have approved the placement and the piercing has been performed, you acknowledge that the placement was agreed upon with you before the procedure. Any concerns about placement must be raised before the piercing is carried out.

Please ensure you are completely happy with the proposed position before giving consent.
