Call Out Charges

We do offer an exclusive limited call out service.

This service charges are as set out below in addition to treatment price.

Within 5 miles of ME20 6         £100

Within 10 miles of ME20 6       £150

Within 30 miles of ME20 6       £250

Within 50 miles of ME20 6       £500

Full payment of call out charge and treatment price is to be paid in full within 48 hours before the booked appointment time by invoice.

This is a non refundable service.

Booking Policy

  • All bookings are made in accordance with the contents of this document and any other external conditions stated in consultations and medical history forms.

  • All appointments are subject to a non refundable booking fee, that you will be advised of at the time of booking. The booking fee is credited to your final bill after treatment has been carried out.

  • Booking fees can only be paid through the booking site or via invoice that will be sent to you via email.  If there is a delay, or if you do not complete the booking fee payment  within 24 hours, there may be a risk that the appointment time will be allocated to another patient. 

  • Appointments will be released 24 hours after the appointment email is sent and payment has not been made.

  • Full details must be provided at the time of booking. This includes email address and phone number,

  • All forms must be completed at the time of booking. Failure to do so means that the booking can not be completed online. 

  • You will be sent an additional medical form 24-48 hours before your appointment that you must complete before attending your appointment. 

  • If you are attending a consultation for cosmetic injections, you will be advised of available dates for your review appointment. Review appointments must be attended between 12-21 days post initial treatment date. If you cannot attend the appointment within the specific time frame we will not be able to review you. This is your responsibility to ensure you attend in this time frame

  • Combined treatment offers are only valid for one person in one appointment only. unless specified.

Cancellations and Lateness Policy

We understand that there may occasionally be times where you may need to rearrange or cancel an appointment for unforeseen circumstances. 

Lateness:

  • Late arrivals may not receive treatment. We are a busy clinic and will not allow a knock on effect for our other patients booked on the day.

  • We operate a strict  limit of 10 minute from the time of your appointment. If you arrive after this your appointment cancelled with booking fee forfeited. You will be required to rebook with another booking fee.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.

Change of Date:

  • Should you require to change your appointment date, you may do within 7 days Once. 

  • If you require to change your appointment a second time the non refundable booking fee will be forfeited and you will be required to book again with a new booking fee to secure your appointment.

  • Any changes after the permitted time frame or not in accordance with our booking policy will be considered a cancellation and your booking fee will not be transferable and will be forfeited. 

Cancellations:

  • Booking fees are non refundable in the event of you cancelling your appointment completely.

  • Full appointment charges will be applied if less than 24 hour notice is given or you are a no show. 

  • You will not be able to rebook until full appointment charges are fulfilled.

  • If you are a no show on more than two occasions within 12 months, you will be not be able to book further appointments

  • Cancellation policy review may be considered in the event of serious illness or injury or emergency. Evidence will be required and the policy reviewed entirely at our discretion. 

If we need to move or cancel your appointment:

  • There may be circumstances beyond our control on occasions that we may be required to cancel a clinic date or appointments at short notice. 

  • We will endeavour to offer you a similar day and time as the initial appointment. If the alternative dates offered within the 4 week period are not convenient we will refund the booking fee in full. Any other expenses are not refundable.

  • Should we be required to close as instructed by the government or local authority due to public health measures (an example is the current Covid-19 Pandemic) your booking fee will be carried forward to the next available appointment when clinics are operational again. 

  • Should we not be able to carry out a review of a treatment due to Government or local authority enforcement closures, we will not refund treatments undertaken prior to closure. We will not offer partial refunds for treatments carried out prior to closure. Will not be able to offer compensations either,

  • All treatments booked are done so by you with the knowledge in mind that enforced closures may occur at any time without notice.

General Company Terms & Conditions

Aftercare

It is your responsibility to follow aftercare that is provided to you at the time of treatment. You are responsible to gain clarification should you not understand the aftercare provided. If you do not follow the aftercare provided, Belle Aesthetic Clinic LTD is not liable.

Aftercare is emailed to you. Should you wish to have a paper copy of the aftercare please request this at the time of your appointment. 

Health Screening

it is important that you disclose your whole past medical history and any additional information that you believe relevant to your treatment.Belle Aesthetic Clinic ltd will not be held liable for any complications resulting in failure to disclose information or failure to follow instructions and guidance from the clinic.

Failure to disclose your full medical history can be dangerous resulting in serious medical implications occurring should treatments not be suitable.

If you are undergoing any medical treatment, Belle Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to request information form you rmedical professional regarding current treatment to ensure your safety and wellbeing. As medical professionals at Belle Aesthetic Clinic LTD, we have a comprehensive understanding of medical conditions and treatments and reserve the right to refuse treatments based on the information provided solely for the best interests of patients and as per our duty of care from our regulating registered body.

Strict Covid -19 Infection prevention policy and standards are adhered to at all times. We respectfully request that all patients entering the premises adhere to these also.

Corrective Treatments

  • If you have had a treatment elsewhere and require correctional treatment, we advise that you approach the original practitioner before approaching another practitioner. We do not know what brand of product they used, if it is a genuine legal uk medical device and if it is reversible,

  • We do not accept any responsibility for treatments carried out by third parties that require correcting. 

  • We do not accept any responsibility for any complications that may arise due to previous treatments elsewhere

General Policy

  • Belle Aesthetic Clinic LTD reserves the right to refuse treatment should they believe that a patient is medically unfit.

  • Belle Aesthetic Clinic LTD reserves the right to refuse treatment should professional opinion believe the desired treatment is not in the best interest of the patient.

  • No children are to accompany those having treatment. Belle Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment and booking fee is forfeited. 

  • Anyone under the age of 18 are not legally entitled to have any injectable treatment. Identification will be required in the form of a driving licence or passport to undergo any injectable treatment.

  • Only the person undergoing treatment is permitted to enter the treatment room. 

 

  • Anyone under the age of 16 who is having a piercing or skin consultation must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. This is the only exception for more than one person in the treatment room.

  • We do not accept any responsibility for personal belongings in the treatment room or in the premises. Your personal belongings are your responsibility.

  • CCTV is recording 24 hours in the premises. Though cameras are not in the treatment rooms.

  • In the even of verbal or physical abuse towards any clinician or any other patients in the premises, you will be asked to leave and permanently removed from our database for any future treatments. This applies to any virtual abusive behaviour and comments also. 

  • Any products purchased from Belle Aesthetic Clinic LTD are non refundable unless they are faulty. Faulty products are to be returned to Belle Aesthetic Clinic LTD for product assessment prior to any refund being issued.
