During your consultation, we will carry out a thorough skin assessment, discuss your concerns, lifestyle, and medical history, and explore the treatments best suited to achieving natural, balanced results. Whether you are new to aesthetics or continuing your skin journey, this is a safe, supportive space to ask questions and receive honest, professional advice. Our approach focuses on enhancing your natural features, improving skin health, and delivering results that look refreshed—not overdone. You will leave your consultation with a clear, personalised treatment plan and a full understanding of recommended procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomes. This consultation is ideal if you are unsure which treatment is right for you or would like expert guidance before starting your aesthetic journey. Consultation Fee Policy Consultation fees are non-refundable. However, the fee is redeemable against one treatment booked following your consultation. The consultation fee may not be split or redeemed against multiple treatments, regardless of individual or combined treatment value. Book with confidence—your skin is in expert hands.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment. You may choose to cancel at any time, including on the day of treatment and after signing a consent form, without providing reason. In all cases, the booking fee remains
