Please note: This appointment is for a consultation only, and no treatment will be carried out on the same day. This is to ensure adequate time for assessment, informed consent, and to comply with current prescribing and patient safety standards. The consultation fee is fully redeemable against your dermal filler treatment when booked following your consultation.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment.
