Service Description
Refresh your existing piercings with a professional jewellery change in a clean, clinical environment. This appointment includes the safe removal and replacement of jewellery for up to 4 piercings. Please note: * Jewellery is not included in the appointment price. * New jewellery can be purchased during your appointment at an additional cost. * Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own jewellery, provided it has been purchased from a reputable supplier and is made from implant-grade titanium, solid gold, or sterling silver. * Proof of purchase and the supplier’s details must be provided for any jewellery brought to your appointment. This requirement does not apply if you are purchasing jewellery directly from me. * For your safety, I reserve the right to refuse to fit any jewellery that cannot be verified, is of poor quality, is unsuitable for your piercing, or could compromise the healing or health of your piercing. Your safety, comfort, and the long-term health of your piercings are my priority, which is why only high-quality jewellery is used or fitted.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment. You may choose to cancel at any time, including on the day of treatment and after signing a consent form, without providing reason. In all cases, the booking fee remains
