Your appointment includes a full medical assessment and consultation to ensure the treatment is suitable for you. You will be required to attend an appointment at a later date for treatment. We take a conservative, personalised approach—aiming for subtle, natural-looking results that enhance your features rather than alter them. Botox® is a safe and effective treatment designed to soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles while maintaining natural facial expression. It works by relaxing targeted facial muscles, helping to prevent dynamic lines from becoming deeper over time. This treatment is commonly used to reduce wrinkles on the forehead, frown lines (between the brows), and crow’s feet, resulting in a smoother, more refreshed appearance. Results typically begin to appear within a few days, with full results visible at around two weeks and lasting approximately 3–4 months. Botox® is suitable for both first-time and experienced clients and can also be used as a preventative treatment to help slow the formation of deeper lines. Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment.
