Contraindications include electronic implants such as pacemakers, active cancer treatment, autoimmune disorders (including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, pemphigus and scleroderma), pregnancy or breastfeeding, tanning or self-tanning product use, vitiligo, long-term topical steroid use, a history of keloid or hypertrophic scarring, and oral retinoid use (e.g. Roaccutane). Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment.
