Service Description
Smooth, clearer-looking skin with controlled plasma energy. NeoGen plasma can be used to treat selected small keratoses and superficial skin lesions by delivering precisely controlled thermal energy to the targeted area. Treatment is limited to small keratoses, with a maximum of 4 lesions treated per appointment. Each area is assessed beforehand to ensure NeoGen is appropriate and suitable for treatment. Treatment settings are personalised to the individual, with energy levels adjusted according to the area being treated and individual tolerance. Following treatment, the area may appear temporarily red, swollen or crusted as the skin naturally heals. Full aftercare advice will be provided. Please note: Not all skin lesions are suitable for cosmetic treatment. Any lesion that is changing, bleeding, painful or otherwise concerning must be medically assessed before treatment.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment.
