Service Description
Your piercing health is important, and I’m here to support you throughout your healing journey. One complimentary piercing check is included within 6 weeks of your piercing appointment if the piercing was carried out by me. During this appointment, your piercing will be assessed, any concerns discussed, and aftercare advice provided to help ensure optimal healing. Please note: * One piercing check within 6 weeks of your appointment is free of charge. * Any additional piercing checks after the complimentary appointment will be charged at the current rate shown. * Piercing checks for piercings performed by another piercer or studio are welcome but are chargeable at the advertised price. * If treatment, jewellery changes, downsizing, or replacement jewellery are required during your appointment, these will incur additional charges where applicable. My priority is to ensure your piercings heal safely and successfully, whether you are returning for a routine check or seeking professional advice for an existing piercing.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment. You may choose to cancel at any time, including on the day of treatment and after signing a consent form, without providing reason. In all cases, the booking fee remains
