Your 2-week review is an essential part of your treatment journey, allowing your medical professional to assess results, address any concerns, and ensure optimal outcomes. Duration: 10–15 minutes Attending this review ensures: Assessment of treatment results and symmetry Guidance on aftercare and maintenance Adjustment recommendations, if necessary If you fail to attend your 2 week review appointment and require a review, the fee is applied in full.
Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking. This confirms your appointment and ensures dedicated treatment time with your practitioner. 1. The booking fee confirms your appointment. 2. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. 3. The booking fee will be deducted from the final treatment cost payable on the day of your appointment. 4. Appointments may be rescheduled by the client up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 5. Cancellations, reschedules, or non-attendance within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. 6. Booking fees are transferable provided changes are made no later than 72 hours before the appointment. Right to Cancel Treatment 7. You are under no obligation to proceed with treatment.
